Jonathan McLaurin
Senior Managing Partner
Jonathan McLaurin is a Senior Managing Partner with SynerGen and has responsibility for development, asset management and property analytics. Jonathan is a hands-on professional commercial real estate manager with strong analytical and relationship management skills, currently specializing in the acquisition and asset management of value-add office equity investments across primary and secondary US markets. Over 20 years direct experience managing the entire investment cycle (acquisition, development, renovation, lease-up, and disposition) for multiple asset types (office, industrial, retail, and senior living).
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Legal Studies from Indiana University – Bloomington.
Demaurius Strong
Managing Partner
Demaurius Strong is a Managing Partner with SynerGen where he has responsibility for technology, security and networking infrastructure. Demaurius Strong is a technology professional specializing in Network Infrastructure design. He is the founder of SR Communications, an Atlanta based consulting firm that focuses on collaborating with clients to deliver reliable services. He is a creative problem solver with expertise on expansive and complex WAN architectures, best-practice engineering for Cisco platforms, and providing technical guidance throughout the entire project life cycle.
With over 15 years of experience, Demaurius understand the importance of being efficient and results oriented; consistently providing additional value by placing an emphasis on leadership, documentation and knowledge transfer at the end of each project. In his spare time Demaurius enjoys spending time with family and friends, boating, cycling, and traveling.
Abraham McLaurin
Managing Partner
Abraham McLaurin is a Managing Partner with SynerGen and has responsibility for market analysis, property evaluation and business development. Abe is currently a Business Development Associate with Allan Bailey Johnson Group in Dallas, TX. He has experience as a commercial realtor where he specialized in buying, selling, and leasing small B-C class multi-family properties. He also has experience as an acquisition manager and development of property analysis.
